Meet Nina

Hi, I’m Nina Norlin, Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC).

I work with adults and teens navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship issues, and life transitions. My approach is grounded in compassion and collaboration — I believe healing happens in safe, trusting relationships, and I strive to create a non-judgmental space where you can explore, grow, and heal.

I use an integrative approach tailored to your needs, drawing from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), EMDR, IFS (Internal Family Systems), other modalities, and mindfulness practices. Whether you’re struggling with self-esteem, overwhelmed by stress, or working through past experiences, we can work together to move toward clarity and resilience.

I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of British Columbia. I’ve been in private practice since 2017 , and have worked as a public high school counsellor for 15 years. All together, I bring over 30 years of experience working with children, youth, and families in the public school system and private practice.

If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d be honoured to walk alongside you.
